What is eDreams Prime?

eDreams Prime is the world's largest travel membership program, designed to offer exclusive savings on flights, hotels, and car rentals worldwide.

When you join eDreams Prime, your benefits link directly to the primary traveller's email address used during checkout. You will automatically receive member-only pricing across all eligible search results whenever you sign into your account.

How do I subscribe to eDreams Prime?

You can subscribe to eDreams Prime during the trip checkout process or by selecting a standalone subscription option when available.

To join eDreams Prime:

  • During a booking: Select the Prime Fare rate during the booking process. Your membership will be assigned to the primary traveller on the booking and linked to the email address used at checkout.
  • Without a booking: You may have the option to subscribe to eDreams Prime on its own without making a booking. If this option is available, follow the instructions provided to complete your subscription. Alternatively, simply visit our dedicated Prime page.

Which platforms support eDreams Prime?

You can use your eDreams Prime membership across the desktop website, mobile web browser, and the official eDreams mobile app.

  • Mobile App: Combining your eDreams Prime subscription with mobile app bookings gives you access to additional app-exclusive promotions.
  • Automatic Discounts: Once you sign into your account on any platform, eDreams Prime discounted rates apply automatically to all search results.

When do my eDreams Prime benefits start?

Your eDreams Prime benefits start immediately upon adding the membership to your initial booking.

Your discount is calculated and subtracted right at checkout on your first purchase. For all future trips, simply sign in before searching to see discounted rates applied automatically.

How do I log into my eDreams Prime account?

You can log into your eDreams Prime account on any device using the email address and password you selected during registration.

  • On a desktop computer: Click My account in the upper right corner of the website homepage, then select Log in.
  • On a mobile web browser: Tap the menu icon (three lines) in the upper left corner of the homepage, then tap Log in.
  • On the mobile app: Tap the Profile icon in the lower right corner, then select Join now / Log in at the top of the screen.

What should I do if I cannot log into my eDreams Prime account?

If you cannot log into your eDreams Prime account, resetting your account password will usually restore your access quickly.

To reset your password based on your preferred platform:

  • If using the website: Go to My Account / My Prime in the top right corner, click Log in, and select Forgot your password?.
  • If using the mobile app: Go to Profile in the bottom right corner, select Join now, tap Log in, and select Forgot your password?.

Note: If you originally registered using a Google account login, you must reset your password directly through Google's security settings.

How many times can I use my eDreams Prime discounts?

With your Prime and Prime Plus subscription, you get unlimited discounts on flights, hotels and car rentals.

Can I subscribe to eDreams Prime without booking a trip?

Yes, you can purchase a standalone eDreams Prime Plus membership without making a flight, hotel, or car rental booking first.
